What it does
Marketing advice from the seat of a chief marketing officer. You describe your stage and goals, and it checks your positioning, picks a growth model and splits your budget across channels. It starts from four questions: who you are for, why they pick you, how they find you and whether it is working. For the budget it works backwards from your revenue target. It works out how many customers you need, how many leads that takes at each step, and what each channel should cost. It compares product-led, sales-led and community-led growth. Two Python scripts model the budget and growth. It also flags warning signs, like measuring clicks instead of pipeline.
