What it does
A nine-part product strategy that shows how you will compete, win and grow. It puts vision, customers, costs, value, trade-offs, metrics, growth, skills and defensibility on one page. Claude works through the Product Strategy Canvas section by section. Vision asks how you will inspire people. Segments are defined by problems and jobs to be done, not demographics. It lists what you will give up as well as what you will do, since choices without trade-offs are not strategy. It ends with how you will measure progress and what stops rivals from copying you.
