What it does
A clear read on how your sprints are going, using your own data, and fixes for the habits that slow the team down. Export sprint history from Jira or a similar tool. Three Python scripts do the maths. The first looks at velocity: rolling averages, trend lines and a Monte Carlo forecast that gives a range of likely outcomes. The second scores sprint health across several areas and gives a grade. The third tracks retrospective themes and whether action items were ever finished. Guidance on standups, backlog grooming, blockers and story points sits alongside.
You give it
- Sprint data exported as JSON
- Retro notes and action items (optional)
- Python on your computer
- Team size and sprint length
You get
- Velocity trends and a range forecast
- A sprint health score and grade
- Recurring retro themes
- Action item follow-through rates
- Suggested team improvements
Use it when
- You need to forecast how much work the team can finish.
- Your velocity jumps around and you want to know why.
- Retro action items keep coming back unfinished.
- You want a health grade for your team before a review.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
- It works best when your AI can run code.
