What it does
Values your team can see in daily behaviour, a short culture code, and a simple way to check how healthy your culture is. A value like transparency means little until it says what people do, for example sharing bad news within a day. Claude starts with three questions on mission, vision and values, kept to the point. It asks what your best hires did without being asked, and builds values from that. Each value is rewritten as an action anyone can test. It then looks at what you reward, tolerate and celebrate, since that is your real culture. You also get rituals that fit your size and a short check to repeat each quarter.
