What it does
A map of where the people you want to hire work today, how many of them exist, and how hard they are to reach. Recruiters stop guessing and start with a ranked list of companies and a view of the rivals competing for the same people. The skill sorts target companies into three circles. Circle one holds direct competitors. Circle two holds firms using the same skills in another setting. Circle three holds places where skills transfer with some ramp up. For each pool it estimates size, how reachable people are, likelihood of fit, competition and willingness to move. It also notes where the talent sits by city. It reads public web pages only.
