What it does
A full Terms of Service draft for your web app, SaaS or marketplace, written around how your business really works. It gives you something specific to take to a lawyer, in place of a generic template. You describe the platform, revenue model, users and any risks such as user content or payments. The skill sets out what users may and may not do, then drafts the liability limits and warranty disclaimers. It adds dispute rules, including governing law and arbitration where it holds up. Finally it reviews the draft for terms courts often strike down and for terms that must be shown clearly. Not legal advice, so have a lawyer check it.
