What it does
A ticket someone can pick up and start without asking you a single question. It works in Jira, Linear or GitHub, and fills the fields your tracker needs. Give it a spec, a bug report or a loose request. The skill picks the ticket type, then writes the title, background, scope and acceptance criteria that can be checked as done or not done. Bugs get steps to reproduce and expected versus actual results. Spikes get a decision to reach, not an open search. Epics get a goal, a metric and a kill condition. It can also audit a backlog for tickets that are not ready, and tag work for finance if you capitalise development costs.
