What it does
A week of YouTube uploads that fits the hours you really have, with a clear line on what to drop first if the week goes wrong. It asks two questions before it writes anything: how many hours you can give, and what is already half made. It then builds a week with one main video, one cheap video made from something that exists, and three Shorts cut from the main video. That is three uploads, not seven. You get a table with the day, format, working title, the one sentence each video promises, and what already exists.
You give it
- Your free hours this week

- Your channel niche (optional)
