What it does

Sale day sends the most visitors you will see all month to a store that is often at its slowest. Sliders, popups, autoplay video and a long list of apps all add weight. Then someone installs one more app the day before, and the site slows when it matters most. The steps cut weight first and then protect it. It judges each heavy feature keep, change or remove, using click data if you have any. It marks each app keep, remove or delay. You make the cuts and run the key pages through PageSpeed. Then it sets a speed budget from your results, an app freeze before the sale, a testing routine and a plan if traffic overloads the site. It cannot test your live store, so you do the checks.
