What it does
You find out a best seller is gone when orders stop. By then a reorder takes weeks, so you lose sales while it travels. After that, nobody can say when the stock lands, so marketing runs ads for a product that is not there. The steps fix both halves. First it reads your live store and works out days of stock left for each product and location. It groups products by how fast they sell and how long the supplier takes, then sets a restock rule for each group. It then drafts purchase orders from that, with a date each product runs out. You place the orders yourself. The last step then builds one shared tracker for them, with the warehouse notice and a same-day check for short shipments.
