What it does
A winning ad rarely stops working overnight. It loses a little each week: the return slips, frequency climbs, fewer people click. By the time the account feels it, you have no replacement ready, and making one takes days. This agent keeps a running history of each ad that spends and looks for the slide twice a week. A weak ad that never worked is sorted out first, because a new opening will not save it. For a proven winner it works out whether the ad is spent or the audience is too small, sets a pace that suits your stock and cash, and writes new hook briefs on the same body. If many ads slide at once, it checks the whole account for sameness and finds new ideas. It never pauses or launches anything without your yes.
You give it
- Ad results for the last 7 days, one row per ad, with spend, purchases, frequency and click rate
- The cost per sale or ROAS each ad needs to hit
- The history file from your last run, once it exists
- Stock and cash for your best seller, and the words of your winning ad (advised)
- Your brand brain, if the account needs new ideas
- Brand brain (optional)
- Transcript (optional)
- Ad breakdowns (optional)
You get
- A list of sliding ads, each with its last runs of numbers and the cause
- Weak ads that never worked, kept apart from tired winners
- 10 or more hook briefs for each proven winner, each tagged with what it changes
- New ad ideas with briefs, when the whole account looks the same
- A pace for each winner that fits your stock and cash
- A list of pauses, budget moves and launches to approve
Use it when
- You have one or two ads that carry most of your spend and you want warning before they fade.
- A winner has started to slip and you need a replacement plan, not a guess.
- Your ads all look alike and results are flattening.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the agent. In Claude Code, add it as a skill or save it in .claude/agents, then ask it to run today's check.
- Put this week's ad results in one folder, or attach them in the chat. Connect the account read-only if you can.
- Give it your target and, for your best ad, the transcript.
- Read the list. Approve the pauses and launches you agree with.
- Run it again in three or four days. It adds the new rows to its history and looks for the trend.
