What it does
Almost every channel works at first and then gets worse. Cost per customer creeps up, response drops, and you blame the creative or the month. If you do not see the pattern, you keep paying for a channel that has already peaked, or drop one that only needs a fresh start. This skill lines up each channel's response and cost per customer by month, marks where each one began to fall and tests three causes: novelty wearing off, rivals copying, and a wider, less keen audience. It also checks if early small-scale results were trusted too much. It then names small refreshes to try, one untried channel to test, and a date to check the numbers again.
You give it
- Results by channel for at least six months
- Spend, responses and customers per channel
- Changes you made along the way, such as new creative or targeting (optional)
- Channels you have not yet tried (optional)
You get
- Each channel's trend with the month it began to fall
- The likely cause for each, with the numbers behind it
- A score out of 100, with how it was worked out
- A refresh list, one channel to test next and a date to re-check
Use it when
- A channel that used to work is costing more each month.
- You are deciding where to move next quarter's budget.
- Your early results were great and later ones are not.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- Paste or attach your results, one row per channel per month.
- List what you changed and when.
- Pick the channel it says to test and set its measure.
- Put the re-check date in your calendar.
