What it does
Making more ads only helps if some of them win. Many stores launch dozens of ads, see one carry the spend and have no idea if that is normal. The number that answers it is your creative hit rate: the share of ads launched that spent a fair part of the budget and hit your target cost per sale. This skill works it out from your own export. It uses incremental results where Ads Manager offers them, so retargeting-style inflation doesn't flatter the numbers. It marks which concepts clear your profit line, leaves the near-line ads alone, and keeps every profitable concept running, even a small one. For each winner it writes real swings to try next, then sizes the next batch from your hit rate. There is no score out of 100: the hit rate is the measure.
You give it
- A prospecting ad export for a closed window of about 14 days or more (spend, purchases, ROAS or CPA, standard and incremental if you have them)
- Your target CPA, or the lowest ROAS that still makes money on new customers
- Your concept list and launch dates (optional)
- Ad breakdowns (optional)
You get
- Your creative hit rate, with the sum shown
- A concept list ranked by spend, with keep, leave alone, iterate or drop
- An iteration brief for each winning concept
- A volume plan for the next batch
Use it when
- You launched a batch of ads and want to know whether one winner in twenty is normal for your store.
- You are deciding how many ads to make next month and want a number tied to your own results.
- You have a few winners and want briefs for the next round that aren't just a new headline.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- In Ads Manager, open your prospecting campaign, add the incremental attribution columns, sort by spend and export the last 14 days.
- Paste or attach the export and tell it your target CPA or lowest ROAS. If you don't know it, ask the skill to help you work out break-even.
- Pick the concepts to iterate and brief your team or your AI maker on the swings it listed.
- Run it again after the next batch, using the same window length.
