What it does
A store gets slower a little at a time. An app is added for a sale, a banner goes in, a slider comes back, and nobody tests again until sales fall. One fix day does not stop this. The same check every month does. This agent keeps that check for you. It reads your speed reports and judges pass or fail on real-user data. It compares with last month, page by page, and lists every app that is new or gone. If nothing got worse and everything passes, it tells you there is no work this month and stops. If an app is new or the score fell, it checks the apps first, since they are the most common cause. Then it runs only the fixes that match what failed: the hero image, page jumping, blocking scripts, heavy features, leftover code. It prices the fixes in orders and ranks them.…
You give it
- PageSpeed results for the homepage, a collection page and a product page, mobile and desktop
- Your installed apps and theme app embeds, as a screenshot or list
- Monthly sessions by page type, conversion rate and average order value
- Theme files, if you want code fixes (optional)
- What changed this month, and any sale date (optional)
- Theme files (optional)
- Your question (optional)
- Image (optional)
You get
- Your field score now and last month, and which metrics moved
- A keep, remove, delay or one-page-only call on each new app
- A ranked fix list with effort, risk, who does it, and the gain in orders as a range
- Code for a duplicate theme where a fix needs it
- A sale-day checklist when a sale is near
Use it when
- You want your store's speed checked the same way every month.
- You add apps often and want to know which ones cost you speed.
- A sale is coming and you want the store checked beforehand.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the agent. In Claude Code, add it as a skill or save it in .claude/agents, then ask it to run this month's speed check.
- Run PageSpeed Insights on the same three pages each month, three times each if you can, and give it the results with your app list.
- The first month it saves a baseline. Every month after, it compares against it.
- Read the list. Test each change on a duplicate theme, then say yes to the ones you want.
- Run it again next month. Wait 28 days before judging a fix on real-user data.
