What it does
After a customer chat it is easy to come away thinking it went well. People are kind. They say they love the idea and would buy it. That tells you very little. What counts is what they did: what they tried, what it cost them, and what they still put up with. This prompt sorts your notes by that test. Facts about the past stay. Praise and "I would" talk are set aside, each with a better question to ask next time. Ideas get a "why", because the reason behind a feature request is the useful part.
