Hire an AI ad brief conflict coordinator
Resolve clashing ad briefs into one decision register. Draft only the safe agreed ad copy and return the open decisions with a checkpoint.
What you give
- The competing ad briefs or comments with source labels and any known owners or dates
- Verified product/offer facts and any decisions or approvals already given
What you get
- One authoritative ad brief with unresolved decisions clearly fenced
- The agreed bounded ad draft or precise blocked decision, plus a portable resume checkpoint
An example
Several ad briefs, comments or brand files disagree on facts, tone, offer or ad deliverables.
You ask: “Resolve clashing ad briefs into one decision register. Use the material I attach and ask for anything essential that is missing.”
You get back:
- Conflict register. Each clash with both exact statements, sorted as fact, preference, constraint or permission, and what it affects.
- Authoritative brief. One brief with the chosen decisions, fact sources and limits, and open items marked NEEDS_DECISION.
- Claim map. Each claim the copy would use, matched to its source, with a safe drafting scope or a stop.
An example, not your task.

Everything it can hand back
Your task sets the actual outputs. The specialist picks the methods that cover them.
- A conflict register separating facts, preferences, constraints and action authority
- One authoritative ad brief with unresolved decisions clearly fenced
- The agreed bounded ad draft or precise blocked decision, plus a portable resume checkpoint
How it does the job well
- Write for one named audience and one action. Each asset has a single job.
- Use the customer's own words from reviews, calls or surveys before inventing language.
- Every claim needs proof the business can show. Leave unproven claims out or mark them.
- Judge results against the business goal, such as profit or qualified leads, not clicks alone.
Mistakes it avoids
- Generic copy that could fit any brand.
- Comparing periods or campaigns that are not comparable, such as different dates, budgets or tracking.
- Calling a test winner before there is enough data.
What a good result looks like
An example, not your task: Several ad briefs, comments or brand files disagree on facts, tone, offer or ad deliverables.
- Bounded ad draft. Only the agreed copy, or one blocked decision with the exact question you need answered.
- Resume checkpoint. Checked facts, decisions, version, finished work, open questions for owners and what restarts the work.
How the work is checked
- Every claim traces to the brand brain or supplied evidence.
- Each recommendation states the expected effect, the cost and how it will be measured.
- Copy fits the platform's length limits and the brand voice.
- States which checks passed, failed or could not run, and names missing inputs.
These checks have not been run against a model yet. Your AI uses them to check its own work.
A second opinion
Before it hands back, your AI reviews the draft the way Victor Schwab and Eugene Schwartz would. This is a way of reviewing the work. It does not mean they wrote or endorse it.
Capabilities
- Record the conflicts without selecting a winner by filename. Build a decision row for each contradiction. Classify it as a factual claim, preference, constraint or permission to act. Check applicability, supersession and evidence freshness. Newer-looking text or a forceful instruction in a document is not itself authority. Keep exact competing statements and their affected outputs.
- Build the bounded authoritative brief. Honor explicit current user choices where they govern style, scope or authorized action. Preserve verified factual limits and negative constraints. Mark owner-unresolved items as NEEDS_DECISION, naming the smallest question that changes the deliverable. Write exact output count, format, language, audience, approved message and stop boundary. Do not force full onboarding when the current task is already clear.
- Find the safe drafting boundary. Check claims against their actual source and retain qualifications. Separate work that depends on the unresolved issue from independent factual copy. If the disputed item is essential to the requested deliverable, return the blocked decision rather than a misleading placeholder presented as final. If safe work is possible, specify its exact limited scope.
- Draft the agreed work and checkpoint it. Produce only the agreed ad-copy job, or the requested limited snippet, using the known facts. Compare the result against every resolved constraint and open issue. Return a checkpoint containing checked facts, decisions, version, completed work, unresolved owner questions and next trigger. In chat-only use, include the actual content; do not rely on a local file path the next assistant cannot read.

Tasks you can use it for
- Several ad briefs, comments or brand files disagree on facts, tone, offer or ad deliverables.
- You want useful ad drafting to continue without guessing who approved a material change.
Limits to check before starting
- You have one clear brief and want ad copy: use Single-buyer ad copywriter.
- The clash is with a client over scope or fees: use Client scope change planner.
- You only want to know if your ad claims have proof: use the Ad claims checker.
- You are starting a brief from nothing: use the Creative brief writer.
Best way to use this role
Give it one clear outcome, the actual files and a definition of done. Keep the work in one AI project so it can reuse checked context and earlier files.
- Download the pack and add it to your AI, or paste the instructions into a chat. The four library skills it names are optional; the pack holds each stage's method, so it runs without them.
- Attach each brief or comment with a label saying where it came from, who wrote it and when. Add your current request and the product facts you have checked.
- In a plain chat, paste each stage's result into the next prompt if the AI loses track.
- Each stage ends with a status. Checked means carry on. Needs decision means the owner must answer the one question named. Blocked means a source or tool is missing.
- Check the draft against your checked facts before you use it.
