What it does
Asking one AI for advice gets you one confident answer. Real decisions go better when people who think differently argue first. Then the person who has to live with the choice makes the call. This skill runs that meeting. You're the chair. Each member is a mind from the library, played from their public work, or anyone you describe. Each takes a seat, either the one you give or the one we suggest. They open with a recommendation, challenge the answer they disagree with most, and rank everyone's answers without knowing whose they are, so a famous name can't win on its own. Then you get a short brief. The strongest dissent stays in it at full strength, not smoothed over.
You give it
- The question or decision, and what a good outcome looks like
- Up to seven minds, each with a role (optional; it suggests a council if you don't)
- Each mind's skill file from the minds library (optional; it makes their voices sharper)
- Your facts, numbers or brand brain (optional)
- Brand brain (optional)
- Views from great minds (optional)
You get
- The council, with each member's seat and the question they always ask
- An opening view from each member, then a round of challenges
- A blind ranking of the answers
- The chair's brief, with the decision, the strongest dissent, what would change the call and the first three steps
Use it when
- You're stuck between two or more good options, and getting it wrong would cost you.
- You want your plan attacked from several sides before you spend money on it.
- You want to hear how people who think very differently would handle your problem.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- Say what you're deciding and what a good outcome looks like.
- Name the minds you want and the role for each, or let it suggest a council.
- Attach each mind's skill file if you have it, and any numbers that matter.
- Read the brief, then ask a member to go deeper or run a second round on the dissent.
