What it does
One starting customer segment you can win, and a plan to grow from there into the mainstream. Describe your product and your first users, and the AI uses Geoffrey Moore's Crossing the Chasm to see where you are on the adoption curve. It guides you to pick a single point of attack, assemble the whole product with partners, define the competitor to beat, and launch with positioning that feels like an evolution rather than a revolution. After that comes the bowling pin sequence, moving to neighbouring segments. A quick diagnostic scores you out of 10, names the weak rows and gives a fix for each. It has a special section for freemium software.
You give it
- What the product is and does
- Who uses it now
- Candidate segments
- Your partners and references
You get
- One beachhead segment with reasons
- A whole-product checklist
- A follow-on segment order
- A 0 to 10 diagnostic score with fixes
Use it when

- You are targeting five segments and winning none.
- You need a story for investors on how you go beyond early adopters.
- You want to know if your product is complete enough for pragmatic buyers.
How to use it
