What it does
Readers do not weigh a claim by itself. They weigh it against what they believe and what they just read. A bold claim at the top is often thrown out. The same claim ten lines down, after several things the reader agreed with, is accepted. This skill treats that as a sum. It scores each claim from 1 (thrown out cold) to 5 (accepted at once). A ladder starts at a 5 that is true, drops no more than one point per step and ends on the big claim. It picks a tool for each step, such as a question most readers answer yes to, a short list of the reader's own situation, a gentle challenge to a belief that holds only sometimes, or a short chain of reasoning. Then it redrafts, changing the order and adding only the linking text.
You give it
- A draft with its big claim
- What your reader believes about this kind of product, about themselves and about sellers like you (optional, from a brief or customer words)
- A buyer brief (optional)
You get
- The goal claim and the beliefs it runs against
- A ladder: each step, the tool used, its score and the jump from the one before
- The draft reordered with only linking text added
- The missing facts, rung by rung
Use it when
- Readers drop out right where you make your biggest claim.
- Your headline promise sounds too good to be true.
- You sell something that asks the reader to change a belief, such as "I could never do this".
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- Paste your draft. Add customer words or a brief if you have them.
- Read the scores. If you think a claim is easier or harder to believe, change the score and ask it to rebuild.
- Read the redraft aloud. Every step should feel like a small nod.
