What it does
A beta that produces answers, not noise. Describe your launch, and the AI helps you choose between a closed or open beta, then pick participants who match the people you will have after launch, and size the group so you can handle the feedback. It sets up onboarding, structured feedback questions, and a triage routine to run mid-beta. Most useful is the decision rule: the signals that tell you to ship to everyone, keep testing or stop. It names failure modes, like a soft launch with no structure or a kitchen-sink beta with everyone in. It ends with a plan for closing the beta and telling participants what happens next.
You give it
- Product and launch date
- Target users after launch
- Team capacity for feedback
- Past beta problems (optional)
You get
- A beta type and cohort size
- Participant selection criteria
- A feedback and triage plan
- Ship, extend or stop rules
Use it when
- You plan a beta but don't know who to invite.
- Past betas ended with no clear call on launching.
- Feedback arrives in scattered emails and chat messages.
- You need to tell testers the beta is over.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
