What it does
A big plan feels impossible because every question seems open at once. Most are not. When the goal is clear, a few large choices follow almost without thought, and each one answers many smaller questions. This skill finds those choices. It lists every open question, tests whether the goal forces an answer, and settles those first with a one-line reason. It writes what each choice rules out and which smaller questions it removes, then sorts what is left. If a choice answers no other question, it is not a big one. You end with a smaller problem and the first hard question to work on.
You give it
- Your goal, with a size or date if you have one
- The questions you have not settled (optional)
- Limits you cannot change, such as money, time or rules (optional)
You get
- The goal in one sharp line
- Three to six settled choices, each with its reason and what it rules out
- A shorter ordered list of the hard questions
- The first question to work on
Use it when
- You are planning a business, product or project and do not know where to begin.
- Your list of open questions keeps growing and none of them gets answered.
- You want to avoid wasting weeks on details that the goal already decides.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- State your goal in a line, with a size or a date.
- Paste every open question you can think of, even small ones.
- Read the settled choices and cross out any whose reason is weak.
- Take the plan to the "Target size back-solver".
