What it does
Your best customers often did something your average lead does not. Many of them read a certain number of long pieces, watched a talk or took a call before they ever asked for a price. Leads who skip those steps are less ready, and sales time goes on people who are not. This skill lists what each top customer saw or did, in order, and counts how many did each step. It finds the pattern most of them share and checks whether weaker customers skipped it. It adds the missing steps to every lead's path, picks the best pieces of all time for the sales team to hand out, and sets a test of leads who got the steps against leads who did not. It marks where the pattern may be chance.
