What it does
One company story that stays true across every group you speak to, with each version framed for what that group cares about. Mixed messages are how trust slips, so this finds them before staff, investors or customers do. You give Claude what you currently tell each audience. It writes a short core narrative that all else comes from, in plain specific words. It then builds a table showing how the same fact lands with employees, investors, customers and candidates. A shift of resources from one product to another reads as job risk to staff and focus to investors. The skill checks your messages against the core story and lists contradictions to fix.
