What it does
We forget most of what we hear within a day, and a person can tell when we have forgotten them. A name said wrong, a missed promise or a blank when they mention their daughter's game costs more trust than most mistakes. This skill turns rough notes into a card you can read in thirty seconds before the next contact. It puts the exact name first, then the facts the person chose to share, what they asked for and what you promised with dates. It leaves out private matters you should not keep. It sets the next touch with a reason that is about them. It adds a question you can ask next time about something they told you.
