What it does
After a few rejections, most people either keep pitching the same way or change everything. Both waste the lessons. A "no" holds a reason, but it is usually a vague "not for us", and you can lose the real doubt if you do not write it down while it is fresh. This skill turns each no into a record. It asks for the exact doubt: is it the problem, the market, the team or the place. It sorts doubts into ones you can fix now and ones that need time. It rewrites the pitch so the problem and market size come first, keeps the slides that survived with a note on why, and reframes big competitors around the problem and how you earn. It ends with one advice question for the next meeting.
