What it does
An editorial plan that matches each piece of content to a buyer stage and a business goal, so every article has a reason to exist. You can see what to publish, in what order, and what each piece should achieve. You describe your audience, goals and current content. The skill maps topics to awareness, consideration and decision stages, builds a calendar, and gives each item a format, a goal and a measure of success. It can also audit the content you already have and sort it into keep, update, merge or cut. It ends with how to review results, so the plan changes when the numbers say it should.
