What it does
Most stores make ads by picking a format first, such as a customer video or a plain image. Then they cram every feature in. The ad turns into a sales sheet, and when it fails nobody can say what it taught them. This skill starts with the customer. It reads your reviews and other customer words for three things: what they want, what stops them, and what they already tried. It lists the reasons to buy, picks one problem and writes the angle as one sentence. It then picks the format that can show that value, checks that every claim has a shot that proves it, and fills in a brief your designer, editor or creator can follow. It also writes two versions that change one thing, so the test teaches you something.
You give it
- Customer words, such as reviews, support tickets, post-purchase survey answers, sales call notes, ad comments, competitor reviews or Reddit threads
- Your product facts (price, what it does, sizes, proof you really have)
- Results of your last test (optional)
- Who it is for, if you already know (optional)
- Your lessons (optional)
You get
- A short research summary of what they want, what blocks them and what they tried, with quotes
- Up to ten reasons to buy, each a possible angle
- One problem and a one-sentence angle
- A proof list pairing every claim with the shot that shows it
- A brief (concept, ad type, angle, who it is for, headline, call to action, visual direction) and two versions that change one thing
Use it when
- You have a pile of reviews and no clear idea what the next ad should say.
- Your ads list every feature and you suspect one clear reason to buy would work better.
- A test just finished and you need the next brief to build on what it showed.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- Paste your customer words with their source and date. A few hundred reviews is best. A new store can paste competitor reviews instead.
- Paste your product facts, and only the proof you can show, such as a real number or a real photo.
- Read the one problem and angle it picks. If it picked the wrong one, tell it which reason to buy to use instead.
- Hand the brief to whoever makes the ad, and run the two versions side by side.
