What it does
One page you can scan five minutes before a customer call. Name the company and who will be on the line, and you get a brief built from signals in Common Room: recent product use, open deals, risks and news. It looks up the account, then each attendee's role, influence and recent activity. It pulls past call recordings first, since those show what was already said. If a calendar is connected it finds attendees for you. It sets a call goal, writes three to five talking points tied to real signals, and lists two or three likely questions or objections. It needs a Common Room connection.
You give it
- The company name
- Names of people on the call (optional)
- Call type, such as discovery, demo or renewal (optional)
- A Common Room connection
You get
- A one-page account and attendee brief
- A call objective
- Three to five talking points with sources
- Likely objections and how to reply
Use it when
- You have a renewal call in an hour and have not looked at the account.
- A new contact joined the thread and you know nothing about them.
- You are running a demo and want to speak to what they actually use.
- You need to spot risk signs like falling usage before you dial in.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
- It works best when your AI can connect to your Common Room account and your calendar.
