What it does
Stop typing into the CRM. Give it a meeting, call transcript or email thread and it logs the activity against the right deal, updates contacts, and queues the next step so nothing sits without an owner. It works in four modes. Log records one interaction. Standing sweeps recent activity on a schedule. Follow-up finds deals that went quiet and drafts a message. Hygiene looks for duplicates, stale records and missing fields. If you have no CRM, it builds a simple one in a spreadsheet. It reads your email, calendar and call notes first, then shows what it will change.
You give it
- Email, meeting notes or call transcript
- CRM access or an export (optional)
- Which mode you want: log, sweep, follow-up or clean-up
- Your calendar (optional)
- Meeting notes (optional)
You get
- Logged activity per deal
- Updated contacts and deal fields
- Follow-up drafts for quiet deals
- Next-step queue with owners
Use it when
- You just finished a sales call and need the notes in the right deal.
- Your pipeline is out of date and you do not know which deals went quiet.
- You want a weekly sweep that logs new activity for you.
- Your CRM has duplicate contacts and records nobody has touched in months.
How to use it
- Add it to your AI once: download it and add the folder to Claude, ChatGPT or Codex as a skill.
- Ask for the job in your own words. Your AI opens the skill when it fits.
- It works best when your AI can read your accounts and files.
- Where the skill points to ../../shared/, use the shared folder inside it. We copied it in so the skill works on its own.
