What it does
Most plans read like facts, but they are guesses about customers, channels, price and demand. Writing them as facts hides what you have not tested, and building first costs months before you find out. This skill writes your model as guesses and ranks them by how bad it would be to be wrong and how little you know. For the top ones it names who to talk to, where to find them and what to ask about their current behaviour. It also plans for the founders to do the first talks, keeps a record, and sets a rule for when the model changes.

How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- Paste your plan and the decision you want to make.
- Book the first five talks yourself.
- After five talks, bring back your record sheet and apply the rule.
