What it does
The exact numbers and words that make a planned discount look as large and honest as possible. The same price cut can read as big or small, depending on how it is shown. Start with your full price and the sale price. The skill first checks that the old price is real, since a fake "was" price is deceptive. Then it works out the amount off, the percentage off and the "higher by" figure. If the cut is over 40 percent, it warns that it can signal low quality. For full prices of 100 or more, it shows the amount off. For lower prices, it uses the percentage. It then writes the badge, strikethrough, banner and email subject.
