What it does
A one or two page summary a busy executive can read in ten minutes and act on, with the answer first, the impact in numbers and the exact decision needed. The skill pulls the top three to five findings that change a decision and drops the rest. Each gets a number, such as revenue at risk or time to payback. It writes a short situation paragraph, then follows the pyramid method: conclusion first, evidence second, detail last. Recommendations name the action, the owner, the result and the date. A final decision block states what approval is needed and what it costs. Guides on tone and jargon come with it.
