What it does
A four step loop that gives people a reason to come back to your product without being nagged. It uses the Hook Model: a trigger, an action, a reward that varies, and an investment that makes the next visit more likely. You describe your product and the skill checks each step. Does an inner feeling, like boredom or worry, prompt the visit? Is the action very easy? Is the reward unpredictable enough to stay interesting? Does the user put something in, such as data, settings or followers, that makes the next trip better? Each step scores 0 to 2. An ethics check caps the score if the design just hooks people.
