What it does
A diagnosis of why people sign up and then drift away, plus specific changes to your first-use experience. The skill treats this as a design problem, not a motivation problem, and scores your product out of 10. It uses the Fogg model: behaviour happens when motivation, ability and a prompt line up. Your product is checked on six points, covering motivation, how hard the first action is, prompt timing, celebrating small wins, the biggest bottleneck and how well it scales. Failing rows lose points. The main advice is to make the key action easier rather than push harder on motivation. You get a short list of fixes for onboarding, tiny first steps and reminders.
