What it does
Help center articles written so customers can solve a problem without opening a ticket. Start with your support data and product notes. The skill finds which questions come up most, then writes an article for each one that matches the words customers actually search for. Each article follows the same layout: an action-based title, a one or two sentence answer up top, what the reader needs first, numbered steps with one action each, fixes for common errors, and links to related articles. It checks the steps against the real product text and menu paths, suggests where screenshots and code samples belong, and adds alt text. FAQ entries are shorter versions of the same idea.
