What it does
When you have three ideas, you tend to pick the one you like most that week. Passion matters, but so do the size of the prize and the chance of getting it, and few people weigh all three in the same way for each idea. This skill gives every idea the same three scores, each with a reason, and multiplies them so the weak spot in an idea drags it down. It then checks long shots by expected value so a big prize with low odds is not lost. Last, it picks a next step that puts the idea in front of a real customer, not another round of planning.
