What it does
A set of planning documents that takes a startup idea from a rough thought to something tested. Tell it your idea. It moves through phases: intake, brainstorm, research, customer discovery, strategy, brand, product, finance and validation. You get market sizing, a competitive scan, a lean canvas, a business model, financial projections, brand basics and go-to-market ideas. It adds a gate for real customer interviews, so you do not rely on desk research alone. Everything is saved as markdown files with a progress tracker, so you can resume after a break. A fast mode gives a quick check in far less time.
