What it does
A business can grow fast and still be weak, if a rival can match it in a year. Another can be slow now and strong for decades. Weekly numbers do not tell them apart. This skill shows how much of your value sits in the later years. It asks who could copy you and how long it would take. It then checks four traits that make a position harder to copy as you grow, and names the changes in the world that could end it.
You give it
- Your business and why buyers pick you
- Your profit and growth by year, if known
- Who could copy you, and what you depend on (optional)
- Your question (optional)
You get
- Where the value sits, with sums
- Copiers and how long they would need
- Which traits make you harder to copy
- What could end your edge, and a call
Use it when
- Your growth is good but you can't say why a rival would not catch up.
- You are about to put years or money into one position.
- A buyer or backer asks how you stay ahead.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- Paste your business and what makes buyers pick you. Add your yearly numbers if you have them.
- List the rivals and suppliers you worry about, even if you think they are small.
- Take the first-sign list from the answer and add those signs to what you watch.
Workflows that use it
