What it does
Most plans are 90 percent routine and 10 percent hope. The trouble is that the hope is hidden inside lines like "it worked for them, so it will work for us", and the team spends months on the routine part. This skill pulls the hope out. It rewrites each comparison as facts about your own customers, drops what is already known, and attaches a number to what is left, such as "10 in 100 visitors sign up". Then it ranks the guesses by how much of the plan falls if each is wrong and how little evidence you hold. You see which belief to test first and who to test it on.
You give it
- Your plan: what, for whom, how they find it, what you get back
- Your biggest worry (optional)
- Your question (optional)
You get
- Your comparisons rewritten as plain claims
- A value guess and a growth guess
- A ranked list of guesses, each with a number
- The group to test on first
Use it when
- You have a plan and a sense that something in it is a bet, but you cannot say which part.
- Your pitch leans on "we are like X, but for Y".
- You are about to spend months building and want to know what you are really assuming.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- Paste your plan as it stands, comparisons included.
- Check each number it proposes against your plan and fix the ones that are wrong.
