What it does
Invoices that arrive as messy text and leave as clean, coded records. Paste an invoice or a batch, as text, OCR output or a CSV, and add your purchase orders if you have them. The skill identifies the document type, extracts every line with quantity, price and tax, and tests that the lines add up to the stated subtotal and total. It matches the invoice to its purchase order on quantities and prices, scores the match, and assigns each line to a general ledger account. Problems are grouped by how serious they are, from blocking errors to notes. For a batch you get a summary of passed, failed and blocked invoices with the total value.
