What it does
Most Meta accounts have too many campaigns. Each campaign learns on its own, so splitting 100 monthly sales across four campaigns leaves 25 each and starves all four. The opposite mistake is one pile of ads where you cannot tell what works. This skill starts from one consolidated campaign and adds a layer only when it has a reason: different margins, different buyer groups, separate stock by country, or a very high order value with few orders a day. It sizes the layout to your spend tier, groups ads by concept (buyer group + angle + offer), caps how much one concept can take, and lists the settings that hide your data. The rules come from agencies running large stores, so the plan scales them down for a small one.
You give it
- Monthly Meta spend and your current campaigns
- Product categories with gross margin, plus orders per day and average order value
- Your buyer groups, your countries and where stock sits
- How many new ads you can make each month
- Your brand file (optional)
You get
- A campaign and ad set map with a budget for each
- A KPI for each level and how long to wait before you read it
- A spend cap for each concept
- The settings to switch off and a naming rule for ad sets
Use it when
- You are setting up Meta ads for a store, or you inherited an account with campaigns nobody can explain.
- Your spend is growing and you need to know when to add a campaign and when to leave the layout alone.
- You sell in several countries or at several margin levels and don't know how much to split.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- Paste your monthly spend, your current campaign list and your categories with gross margin.
- Add your buyer groups, countries, stock locations, orders per day, average order value and how many new ads you can make each month.
- Read the layout against the five questions it lists, and build only the tier that matches your spend.
- Check the Meta setting names in your own account, because Meta renames them often.
