What it does
Owners often spend most of their week on work that does not earn. Side projects started with hope, tasks only you do out of habit, a long menu of offers: none of it shows up in the bank. Because every item feels useful, nothing gets cut. This skill starts with money. It lists every task, product and side project and what each one earns, then marks each as money-making or not. Non-earning tasks go to an assistant or contractor. Side projects get checked against real numbers, and the ones that do not pay are cut. Good ideas go on a parking list you do not touch for three months. The offer is cut to good, better and best at three prices. You commit for 90 days with a measure for sales and list size.
You give it
- A list of your tasks, products and side projects (required)
- What each one earns, or your best guess marked as a guess (required)
- Your performance numbers, such as sales, hours and costs (optional)
- Your current plan or offers (optional)
- Your results (optional)
You get
- Each item marked as earning or not
- A keep, hand off, drop or park decision for every item
- A parking list with a review date three months out
- A good, better, best offer at three prices and a 90-day plan with a start date and measures
Use it when
- You work long hours and cannot say which of your tasks pay.
- You have side projects eating your time with nothing to show for them.
- You are about to launch something new and want to clear space first.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- List everything you do in a normal week and every product and side project, with what each earns.
- Say what you hate doing and what only you can do.
- Read the decisions. Argue with any drop, but bring a number.
- Put the start date in your calendar and record your two measures on day one.
