What it does
Sales go up and down for many reasons: price, stock, season, a rival's deal. So sales alone cannot tell you whether the ad is working. This survey splits your buyers into two groups. One group can say, correctly, what your ad says. The other cannot. You then compare how many in each group buy your product. If the group that knows the ad buys at a higher rate, the ad is pulling people over. If the rates match, the ad is not helping. If the first group buys less, the ad may be driving people away. The skill writes the questions, the sample size, the scoring rule for vague answers and the sheet to record answers on.
