What it does
A supplier review that shows where each supplier falls short on ethics and the environment, with a questionnaire ready to send and a plan to close the gaps. You choose what matters first, so effort goes to real risk and not a long checklist. You start by saying why you are checking: a rule you must follow, customer pressure or your own values. Then you set goals and pick which supplier groups come first, such as high spend or high risk. Each supplier is scored on climate, water, waste, working conditions, safety and fair pay. The result is a questionnaire for suppliers and a ranked improvement plan with follow-up checks.
