What it does
Your customer reviews boiled down to what people complain about, what they love and what they ask for, ranked by how often each comes up. You see the biggest fixes at the top of the list. Paste or upload reviews from any platform. The skill scores the overall mood, separates praise and pain points into themes, and counts how often each theme appears. It filters out reviews that look fake or empty, and watches for change over time. Requests for features are pulled out and ranked, with gaps no one fills noted as chances. If you add competitor reviews, it compares what customers say about each.
