What it does
A SWOT analysis that goes past four lists. Each point leads to something you can do, so the result drives a decision. Name your business or product and give a little background. The skill sorts what it finds into strengths and weaknesses, which come from inside the business, and opportunities and threats, which come from outside. It keeps those two sides separate so they do not blur, then turns the findings into recommended actions. It can also be used for competitive checks or for judging a product's position. You can feed it your own facts to make it specific.
