What it does
A lesson where the subject content and student wellbeing are taught together, so you do not need a separate wellbeing slot. It teaches your topic and builds habits like engagement and positive relationships as part of the work. The design uses the PERMA model: positive emotion, engagement, relationships, meaning and accomplishment. You choose one element to focus on or ask for a balanced mix. The skill places each element inside a specific activity, lists the teacher moves that bring it out and adds reflection prompts so students link their learning to how they felt. It adjusts for class concerns such as anxiety or low engagement. Not medical advice.

- Year group or age
- Subject
