What it does
Readers notice when a house is wood in chapter two and stone in chapter nine. The same goes for a game map, a brand story or a training course: one wrong detail makes people doubt the rest. Writers miss these clashes because they know what they meant, so the page reads right to them. This skill first pulls out every fixed fact about places, people and rules. It then compares each new passage or picture brief against that list and flags each clash with both passages quoted. For each one it says whether the old fact or the new one should stand, and whether the story's own rules could turn the clash into part of the world. You get a log of fixed facts so later pages match.
You give it
- Your world notes or earlier text, with the facts about places, people and rules
- The new passage, scene or picture brief to check
- A short brief on what the world is for (optional)
- A buyer brief (optional)
You get
- A list of clashes, each quoting both passages
- A verdict on which fact wins and why, or a world rule that explains the clash
- A log of fixed facts to reuse
- A consistency score out of 100, with how it was worked out
Use it when
- You are adding a chapter, level, scene or illustration to a world you already described.
- A picture or sketch came back and you want to know if it matches your text.
- Several people write in the same world and details have started to drift.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the skill. Open it if you added it to your AI, or copy it and paste it in.
- Paste your world notes or earlier chapters first, then the new material to check.
- If you have a picture, attach it, and say what it is meant to show.
- Read the clash list top to bottom and decide each one yourself. The skill suggests, you choose.
- Keep the fact log beside your draft and give it to anyone else who writes in the world.
