What it does
Telling an AI to build you a store theme goes wrong when the store is empty. It invents products, and the menu and the product page come out generic. A bad build can also overwrite the live theme. The steps get the facts right first. It cleans up your products and builds the variant table for each. It plans collections, filters and a short menu from those products. Then it plans the product page sections from your buyers' doubts and the proof you have. Last it writes the Claude Code plan that builds a copy of your theme, one section at a time, using all of that. The last step asks for your store domain, theme name and any screenshots of sections you like.

How to use it
- Download the handoff pack. It's a zip with HANDOFF.md and every skill file this workflow uses.
- Give the folder to Claude (in Claude Code, or as files in a Claude Project) and say "Follow HANDOFF.md".
- Give real products with real prices. Without them, the build will invent some.
- Before step 4, check that you have Claude Code, Node, Git and the Shopify CLI.
- Run the build on a copy of your theme only. Publish it yourself after you check it on your phone.
