What it does
Most calls are prepped from memory. The notes from the last call sit in a folder, and the same objection comes up a second time with no good answer ready. A quiet deal gets another cheerful check-in instead of a new reason to talk. This agent keeps one log per deal. Before each call it compares today with last time: what each side promised, what changed, which objections are still open. It picks the prep from the stage the notes show. A quiet deal gets a look at whether the buyer doubts you or fears a mistake. A deal with price on the table gets a negotiation plan. A deal where the problem is not yet clear gets the next questions to ask. You get one page. After the call it adds to the log and drafts a follow-up, but it never sends anything.

You get
- Where the deal stands against the last call, with promises kept or missed, what changed and open objections
- A one-page plan with your goal, questions or lines in order, replies to open objections and a walk-away line
- The next step to ask for, with a date
- After the call, a log entry and a follow-up email draft that is not sent
Use it when
- You have a call coming up on a deal you have talked about before.
- A deal has gone quiet and you do not know what to say next.
- Price or terms are on the table and you want a plan before you talk.
How to use it
- Start a chat with the agent. In Claude Code, add it as a skill or save it in .claude/agents, then name the deal and the call date.
- Give it the notes from the last call, or point it to the deal's folder.
- Read the one-page plan before the call. Change any line that does not sound like you.
- After the call, give it your notes or the transcript. It saves them and drafts the follow-up.
- Read the follow-up, change it and send it yourself.
